Pakistan expresses concern over export of nuclear material from a common man in India
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed concern over reports of seizure of seven colonial uranium in India and asked Indian authorities to conduct a comprehensive probe into the matter.
According to details, a Pakistani Foreign Office spokesman said in a statement on the seizure of nuclear material or natural uranium in India that 7 kg of uranium was seized from an unauthorized person in India, 7 kg of natural uranium was reportedly seized. ۔
The spokesman said that many questions have been raised about the confiscation of natural uranium from an unauthorized person. The safety of nuclear material should be the top priority of all countries.
The Foreign Office has demanded that the Indian authorities conduct a comprehensive investigation into the matter, to find out how large quantities of nuclear material got out of state control and Indian officials
