Progress in Ibrahim’s case, woman accused of harassment claims
Another statement has come out from Hamiza Mukhtar, a woman who has accused Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam of sexual harassment and other things, in which she has said that she is constantly receiving threats.
Talking to media in Lahore, Hamiza Mukhtar said that the case has been adjourned for a month for the sake of national honor and dignity. I will appear again in a month.
“I am still receiving threats, but I am not one of those who are afraid. I will fight the case and I will get justice,” he added.
Hamiza Mukhtar further said that the reason for postponing the case is national honor, so I am also a daughter of the same country. At the next hearing, I will request the esteemed judge to order Babar Azam to be summoned in person in the court.
It may be recalled that Hamiza Mukhtar had accused national cricket team captain and star batsman Babar Azam of not only sexually abusing Hamiza but also refraining from torturing her and extorting money.
